Okay, what you wanna do is as soon as you reach your peak height, throw your lead foot to the other side (well that's how I did them when I first learned) So if you ride left foot forward, that foot will be kicking to the right. When you have the kick mastered, you gotta twist your hips to get a nice extension.

Alot Of People Tell Me That.
lots of the reason is because i tend to bend my knees lots when i ride.
its a 15" frame and im 5'3. hard to find a small bike, you wouldnt belive.
but thanks for the advice on the no foot cans, ive been working on them for awhile now
